NDIS Funding Guide

A plain English guide to how your NDIS budget can pay for our services.

Your NDIS plan is split into support budgets. You may not have funding in every budget, because your plan is built around your own needs and goals. Here's how the main budgets line up with what we do.

Core Supports

Help with everyday activities and getting involved in your community. Core funding is flexible, so you can usually move money between its categories.

Transport

Some plans include transport funding to help you get to work, study, appointments or activities. It can help pay for Transport & Appointments with us. Support workers can also claim travel costs in line with NDIS rules, which we'll explain in your service agreement.

How you pay us

  • NDIS participants: talk to us and we will set up invoicing that suits your plan.
  • Private clients: you pay us directly, with no NDIS plan needed.

Prices

Our prices follow the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We'll go through costs with you before any support starts.

This guide is general information only. Your plan, the NDIS rules and the NDIA have the final say on what your funding can pay for. Learn more at ndis.gov.au or call the NDIA on 1800 800 110.
