Feedback & Complaints

Your feedback helps us improve. Compliments, suggestions and complaints are all welcome.

How to give feedback or make a complaint

You can ask a family member, friend, carer or advocate to help you or speak for you. You can stay anonymous if you prefer. Need an interpreter? Call TIS National on 131 450. You can also use the National Relay Service.

Making a complaint will never affect the quality of your supports.

What happens next

  1. We acknowledge it within 2 business days.
  2. We listen and look into it, keeping your information private and talking with you about what you'd like to happen.
  3. We aim to resolve it within 21 days. If it's complex and will take longer, we'll tell you why and keep you updated.
  4. We tell you the outcome and what we've changed, and check you're satisfied.
